After getting his start in the automotive world over 30 years ago as a car porter at his family-owned dealership, Chris Weber has advanced through many facets of both the retail and consultative environments of the auto industry. During college, Chris became a sales representative for his family’s dealership, where he truly became educated about the sales end of automotive retail. After spending time as a Finance and Insurance manager, Chris was recruited by Pat Ryan and Associates where he had the chance to assist and develop Finance and Insurance Departments throughout the U.S. Later, he joined Western Diversified Services/Protective to focus on providing his consultant experience to several large dealerships and dealer groups in Chicagoland.

After many successful years focusing on driving up his dealership clients' bottom lines, he discovered “not all dealerships are created equal” and each have their own unique needs. With the automotive industry beginning to evolve, Chris founded Diversified Management Group, Inc. (DMG) with the mission of seeking out the most innovative products and cutting-edge tools available to offer to its dealers. In 2020, DMG was acquired by National Auto Care.
